Hi Nicola,
Loved the video and understand perfectly what your saying.
Just wanted to know if stomach bloating affects diaphragmatic breathing.
Thanks
Steve
Being bloated makes you FEEL full, but ultimately doesn’t affect how your diaphragm moves
Hi Nicola,

Great Nicola, going back to basic, it is a refreshing you forget the simple things.
Thanks again

thank you and bless you again..
Hi Nicola. Amazing tutorial. The breathing tutorial made me realise where I was going wrong especially when singing in my upper chest. I would tense up a lot. Thank you once again
My pleasure! Thanks Christelle 🙂
Have played with this a little and am convinced it will help my singing. I appreciate you explanations. They seem to get to the point and make it understandable.
Hi Nicola,
Another informative video. Didn’t realise I had a pelvic floor, glad to have discovered it at 72. Very good information given in your earthy style. Keep it going, thought the lip bubble exercise was brilliant so I do it every day.
Merry Christmas Nicola. Thank you for your voice lessons. I’m now learning the correct way to sing after “live” instruction. Enjoying your singing and writing also. It has helped in my style (Rock) both in writing and singing.
Best,
